Allison has been practicing real estate in Louisville for years and we were thrilled for her to join The Baise Group in 2025! She has called Louisville home since 2013, when she and her husband moved here to attend the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, where he continues to work today. She has always had a love for architecture and has a special appreciation for historic and unique homes. 

She's passionate about helping home buyers have a better home-buying experience than she and her husband had when they bought their first home years ago. Her goal is to help buyers have a great experience with such a major life decision. Whether you’re buying your first home, upgrading, or selling, she brings knowledge, a confident presence and a personalized approach that ensures every step of your real estate journey is seamless and stress-free. 

When she's not working with clients, she enjoys cooking, baking, reading, running and being her family. She and her husband, Roberto have 4 children. She is very active in the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary community, where her husband is a professor, and at Clifton Baptist Church, where they are members. She loves to frequent local restaurants like Brasserie Provence, Blue Dog Bakery, and Sarang.
