Isabella Kent's path to real estate began in financial services. An Oldham County native, Isabella studied biblical counseling at Boyce College while simultaneously working as a client-facing loan officer at L&N Federal Credit Union

— a role she held for three years, spending countless hours walking clients through their finances. Those conversations gave her a clear-eyed view of how attainable homeownership really is, and how much closer building real equity is than most people realize. That conviction is what pulled her into real estate in 2024. She pairs a financial-services background with a counselor's instinct for listening, making her as comfortable with the numbers as she is with the nerves that come with a big decision.

Isabella, and her husband Garland — married in September of 2025 — are active members of Third Avenue Baptist Church. In her free time, she takes day trips around Kentucky and Indiana, hikes, fishes, trains at the barre studio, and spends weekends under the hood of vintage cars. For the past two years, she has also volunteered with Stable Moments, a faith-based program that provides equine-assisted therapy to children.
