Caroline’s love for real estate and homes was born in South Carolina, when she received her first dollhouse for her tenth birthday. After papering the walls and curating the furniture and decor, she quickly moved up to a larger one, and she has continued with this passion, eventually buying and renovating houses in the South, Midwest and Northeast. Caroline joined The Baise Group in 2026 as a licensed Kentucky real estate agent.

Caroline brings 32 years of experience in purchasing, renovating and selling homes. Whether complete “to the studs” renos or simple and quick cosmetic makeovers, all were restored to be functional and beautiful. Many of these she also designed and furnished, turning them into successful Short Term Rentals and selling them as turnkey STRs. A perennial 5-star Superhost on AirBnB and Premier Host on VRBO, she loves to see the potential of down-on-their-luck-homes and bring them back to life, writing a brand new chapter to the story that they have to tell. Her experience as a short, mid, and long term host and landlord has led to a rich understanding of the ins and outs, ups and downs of owning investment properties.

Pursuing her Realtors license was a natural next step for Caroline as she has long enjoyed helping others realize their dreams of home ownership. As a friend, mentor and pastor’s wife, she has already encouraged many young couples and families in buying their first or forever home. As a Realtor, she can provide care and guidance to help buyers see their goals as achievable and help them discover that buying a home is an excellent path toward financial freedom. Having spent many years visiting Louisville for extended visits as their kids attended college and made a home there, Caroline and her husband, Roger decided to take the leap, sell their family home in Maine, and join their adult children in Kentucky. With one son still at home, they are enjoying life as the parents of a high schooler once again, for the fourth time!

An avid Clemson fan, she can be found cheering her Tigers on every fall. Reading, gardening, hosting friends and family, and traveling are all high on her fun list. 

After serving on the mission field all over North America planting and revitalizing churches, Caroline and her husband Roger are active members at Cedar Creek Baptist Church while Roger continues to train pastors and support missions efforts in Maine and right here at home.
